We are hiring: Business Development Executive

We are searching for a business development executive to generate sales leads, nurture existing customer relationships, contact potential clients, and generally be responsible for developing growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition. Should have an analytical skill set with solid communication and presentation skills needed for the accomplishment of their responsibilities.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads.
  • Contact potential clients and nurture existing customer relationships.
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms with clients, and communicate with stakeholder groups.
  • Development of growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, business plans, and proposals. Increasing the value of existing customers while attracting and retaining new customers
  • Developing rapport with key decision-makers
  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign documents.
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM.
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
  • Minimum of three years experience as a business development executive or similar role.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Creative thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive sales experience and work ethic.
  • High knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with customers
